K College’s prevention programs work to build the capacity of the campus community to prevent violence, support survivors and shift the culture. The prevention initiative looks to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed, evidence-based information addressing causes of sexual violence and ways to reduce the occurrences.
We do this through delivering educational and skill-building programs, providing assistance to students, staff and faculty working to create change on campus, and facilitating partnerships with community organizations.
